Herman Miller is a name most people know from chairs and desks, but their filing pieces are built to the same standard. This used lateral file has 3 drawers and measures 36"W x 19.5"D x 40"H, so it holds a lot of paperwork and fits neatly along a wall, beside a desk, or under a window.
Every drawer has file bars, so hanging folders stay straight and easy to flip through instead of bunching up or sliding around. Locks are included to keep sensitive records secure, and if you’d like a spare, keys are available separately for $29 per set. The eggshell finish is a soft, warm off-white that brightens a room and goes well with both light and dark furniture.
It’s in good pre-owned condition and comes with a 2-year pre-owned warranty. A comparable unit costs over $1,200 new, so buying used through CFR gets you the same design and durability for far less. We have 4 available, which makes it easy to outfit a whole department with matching cabinets. If you’d like to compare other sizes and finishes, take a look at our affordable office filing solutions.
